In Europe, there's the rgpd and you can't record conversations without consent, so you need a flag that activates the RGPD consent phase the first time you connect to the service. The service can't be deployed as it is, it's illegal.

Update here -- we've just deployed a GDPR consent banner in europe all users that load agents for the first time. We'll keep iterating on this design until we get to full GDPR compliance via a 3rd party audit
