Feature Requests

At the moment, the agent cannot trigger itself to create more than one response. This leads to "stuck" requests, especially before external webhook calls. Allow the agent to trigger itself to break this loop.

Please consider to include the thread and message ID in external webhook calls performed using custom actions. This would allow a pin-point mapping of data in a corresponding externally hosted database, which would be hard to do otherwise.

It would be great if we can set up texting with our agent via our own number(s).

It would be good to be able to run some google adsense ads on the chatbot (not in the text box, but around it) and then allow ads to be turned off if/when a user pays for a pro account. This would be a good way to help monetize free users.

I've just experienced a crash during chatbot text output. Output froze after the letters 'Am' in the attached screenshot, with a continuous spinning circle. The formula given doesn't look right.

On the agent 'Your users' page, the last user in the list (shown as the last item in the attached screenshot) won't delete. It differs from the other users in that it has the words 'Free' instead of 'Free plan' against it.

I would like to be able to use an API to get all my messages for my agent and get a response for said agent. Or maybe set up a webhook that's triggered whenever my agent receives a message

Add an html container to have a banner at the top or bottom of the chat window to display icons, text and images with external links to other services.

It would be cool if custom domains could also be implemented globally, e.g. when users share their chat (currently the agenthost domain is used). The same goes for the terms of service and privacy links on the chat pages that users see. It could be confusing for users if the domain is not set to global. best
