Today we're really excited to share a huge update to Agenthost and our mission.
Introducing the Agent Marketplace
After close to 7 months of supporting agent creators, we've learned that the types of agents that add the most value are the ones focused on help businesses work better. So today, we're introducing Managed Agents which allows you to use AI agents created by others for your needs. Not only can you chat with them, but you can customize them completely and deploy them just like agents you created yourself. We're launching with three managed Agents and will be introducing more over time! View them in the Marketplace

Introducing Teams
Say goodbye to password sharing. We're happy to share that we've introduced teams so you can create organizations and invite collaborators. The pro plan comes with one extra collaborator while the growth plan has support for up to five! To get started simply go to your workspace then Teams.
Our new beta program
We're introducing a beta program to enable some of our most active users to help us test out new ideas and features before rolling them out to our wider audience. We're currently have the following in beta: hallucination prevention, Claude3 and Llama3 models. If you would like to join our beta program to access our newest features, just create a testimonial for Agenthost by visiting this page. We'll give you access to the beta program afterwards!

Add your website as a knowledge base
We've added support for adding website pages as sources for your agent to reference to answer questions. We think this will make it significantly easier for people to create agents that can answer questions about websites. This is currently only supported for agents hosted on openai and the limits will be 3 for free tier users, and 20 for paid users. We'll be adding the ability to have more links soon!
Introducing gpt-4o-mini
gpt-4o-mini will be replacing gpt-3.5-turbo as the default model for agents starting today. gpt-4o-mini will also be available to free users as well as pro users. We'll automatically migrate all gpt-3.5-turbo agents to the new and significantly better gpt-4o-mini model over the coming month
Finetuning on gpt-4o-mini
We're also now allowing people to create fine-tuned models ontop of the new gpt-4o-mini model meaning you can leverage a much more intelligent base model

We're excited to be transforming Agenthost into a platform that helps people create useful agents. Today we're taking a big step towards that goal by introducing AI Agents to the most used tool in the professional workplace -- emails!
Email your agent
Starting today, you can email your agent at their own unique email address and get responses directly in your inbox. Now, you and your users can get the benefit of AI automation without needing to go a new website or page. Soon, we'll allow email forwarding so you can create email support agents that automatically respond to common emails.
Just send an email to {agent_handle}@agent.agenthost.ai to start emailing your agent.

Use Zapier directly on Agenthost
We've introduced a new tab in the dashboard that allows you to use your Zapier account directly on Agenthost. This also mean new users can get started with a free Zapier account as well. Simply go to Agent > Automate to experience this.
Math formating now supported
We've updated our text parsing to render advanced math calculations and equations beautifully.
Agent plan expiration
We've added the ability to set an expiration for users who sign up for certain plans. This is limited to
free non-default
plans. You will be able to see the users plan expiration date in your User's tab.

Deploy your agent as a chat widget
You can now deploy your agent to your website as a chat widget to enable customer support or lead generation workflows! Simply go to Workspace > Agent > Deploy > Chat widget

Zapier is now live
You can now start using your agents to connect to over 6,000+ applications to create insanely complex workflows on Zapier. From automatically having your agent draft sales emails to have them automatically respond to support emails -- there's nothing you can't do.

Create unlimited free plans for your agent
We previously only allowed agents to have one free plan but now, your agent can have multiple. A default free plan will be selected for users who load your agent for the first time. You can change this in the agent plans setting.

More customization of the chat page
You can now upload images for the side view and chat page as well as update the font style. This means you can create incredible unique and different visual experiences based on your desires!

We're back with another feature update with some highly requested features
Fine-tuning is here
Pro users can now create fine-tuned models trained on the conversations with your agent. This was a highly requested feature and we're happy to bring it to you all finally. You can view the comprehensive guide on how to do this here: https://docs.agenthost.ai/fine-tuning
You can set your agent temperature
Being able to set the agent's temperature for responses was another requested feature that we're now happy to support. You can find this by going to Workspace > Agent > Agent Details > Advanced Settings > Temperature
Customize the number of agents on your plan
We've created a new "Agent Add-on" plan that lets you add more agents to your account limit at $3 per month for each new agent. This means you can now scale to infinity and back depending on your needs! You can view this add-on plan by going to Account > Settings
Zapier Workflows to integrate your agent everywhere
Currently agent's created on Agenthost are great but limited to chatting. We'll soon announce our workflows feature that will allow you to bring your agents into the world and trigger them through Zapier actions. This means you'll be able to do amazing things like trigger your agent when you receive an email through Gmail, or a tweet through Twitter. We can't wait to help you integrate your agent with other software to make it more useful.

We've kicked off summer with new major updates to Agenthost!
Gpt-4o is now live
OpenAI's latest and greatest model can now be used by your agent to increase it's intelligence and reasoning capabilities. You can select the gpt-4o model by going to Agent > Advanced Settings > GPT Model
Larger file limits
Along with the new model, we've also made changes to increase the number of files an Agent can use. Free users will continue to be limited to 3 files while Pro and Growth users have been increased to 30 files. Please note there has been a change in the file types OpenAI supports and that .csv files are no longer supported.
Links now show image previews
Links created by the user or agent will now show a OG preview directly in the chat. This will help users see link previews and lead to more dynamic content
Admin conversation pagination has been fixed
There was an issue that caused the conversations page to repeat the same conversations which has been fixed.
Vision improvements
Vision has been improved by now defaulting to the gpt-4o model. Vision queries are faster and overall better with the new model!
Edit the email required text
You can now customize the email required text shown to users when they load your agent!
View users last active date
We now keep track of the last time your users used your agent as well as the last time a conversation was updated in the admin portal.
We're moving head on to begin rolling out fine tuning next week so I'll share more then

Agent responses can now be graded
Your users can now thumbs up or down your agents response. This will enable creators to understand what's working not working so you can update your instructions and soon fine tune your agent based on responses. You can also filter for conversations that have a thumbs up or thumbs down so you understand what your agent said that let to the rating.
Your agents can now be rated
Users will be given the ability to rate your agent after sending between 5-7 messages to it. We'll be collecting these ratings which will enable you to showcase your agent's social proof with users
Agenthost is now 10x faster
We made a big engineering migration to drastically reduce load times for agenthost. You might have noticed that the dashboard and overall website and much more responsive and faster
Users can share their chat history
Another request feature has been the ability for your users to share their chat history with others. This is now supported. When your users hit the share button they will have the ability to share the agent or their chat history.
You can now see initial message in conversations
We now store the initial message a user sends for a given conversation, so you have a understanding of what the conversation is about!
Pricing changes coming soon
On June 12th, Agenthost pricing will
increase only for new subscribers
. We recommend upgrading before then to permanently lock in the current price before the increase happens!

Agent bundles are here!
You can now create and offer bundle subscriptions to your users! Bundles let you create more valuable products by combining multiple agents into one payment product. This is now in preview and you can follow our guide to learn more.
Documentation now available!
Over the last months, Agenthost has grown into a quite complicated product with multiple offerings and moving parts. While we've enjoyed being able to chat with many of you to answer your questions, we've spent the last few weeks creating a new documentation website that can help you get answers to your questions much faster! You can view by going to the new documentation website
Conversation searching
Another highly requested feature now allows you to search through your conversations for certain keywords. This also means your "top queries" are also now clickable so you can view the individual conversations and learn new insights.
Live voice is coming soon
After talking with multiple voice providers, we've finally found a provider that will enable us to provide human like voice chat for your agents. You'll also be able to enable voice chat on your agent plans so that only paying customers will be able to access it. We're aiming for the middle of June as our launch date.
All agents links are now visible on mobile
We've made changes to enable scrolling on the links section above the chat. This means all links are now visible and clickable by your users even when they overflow.
Simplified agent creation
We've update the UX for creating agents to make it much simpler and faster while still providing the ability to configure advanced settings!
We're excited release another set of highly requested feature updates that we think you'll love!
New OpenAI models
You can now select from the list of new OpenAI models including the new gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09 and gpt-3.5-turbo-0125
User conversation tracking
You can now also view conversations created by your registered users. This only applies going forward and will not backfill your existing agent users. Just go to Users > View chats to view conversations created by a given user.
Conversation exporting now available
Another highly requested feature now allows you to export your conversation threads in the dashboard. This is available when you click into a given conversation. The conversation/thread will be exported to a CSV file for you to do further processing/analysis with.
Better mobile dashboard experience
We've been shocked to see the large number of people using the dashboard on their mobile devices. We've optimized the mobile UI to be more useable!

Hello everyone, we're happy to share another major update for Agenthost
Streaming responses are now supported for v1 agents

Streaming responses are now available and turned on for all agent types! This has been a big ask from many of you as without streaming, there's a signficant delay when using GPT-4. Steraming is now turned on by default for both v1 and v2 agents. No action is needed on your part to enable this.
Internationalization of the chat experience is live
With agent creators across 5 continents, we've been working on adding support for multiple languages in the chat page. Today, we're excited to share that English, Spanish, German, Portugese, Japanese, Italian and Chinese are now supported in the chat page! The chat page will not auto-detect the preferred language of your users and translate the hardcoded text on the page. Your entered agent name and details will remain in the language you wrote them in. We'll be adding support for auto-translating your agent details into multiple languages down the line! Users can also use the language switch to change their preffered language at will. We'll also be bring these new languages to the dashboard experience soon as well.
Users can manage their subscription and upgrade
Now your paying customers can manage their subscription with your agent directly in the chat page. Whether they want to cancel their subscription or upgrade to a high paying version, they can do all of this without contacting you

Instead of the boring text response from your agent when a user runs out of messages, now they will see a modal open up showing upgrade plans if any exist
Public support email for your agent
You can now set a public support email for your agent which will show a button that allows them to contact you directly in the agent chat page.
Messaging limit changes coming April 1st, 2024
We'll be making some important changes to the message limit policy as the current limits are just not feasible with OpenAI's pricing and new payment scheme. At a high level these are the changes:
Message Counting: Both user-submitted messages and agent responses will now count towards your account message limit. Currently only user-submitted messages count towards the limit.
GPT-4 Usage: Responses recieved or sent using GPT-4 will utilize 3x the number of messages due to the fact that GPT-4 tokens are 20x the cost of GPT-3.5 tokens.
Pro Plan Update: The pro plan message limit will be updated from 5000 to 3000 messages per month bringing Agenthost in line with the industry standard in the space.
Pay As You Go Plan: A new pay as you go plan will be introduced at $7 per 1000 messages for those who would like unlimited messages. This will be an add-on that can be added to the Pro or Growth Plan and will kick in once you reach your message limit.
